REFUND, EXCHANGE & SALE ITEM POLICIES

Returns
Our return policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging i.e. tags must be attached if they had them.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, underwear or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids.

Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send a refund request back without a copy of your printed receipt. We won’t know who you are!

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if the item is not Feather Fox branded. We deal with all the returns from our store.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Book or stationery with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, shortly after.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@featherfox.com.au.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This includes items that are already marked down, discounted by using a coupon or code or otherwise reduced in price from the original amount. If the item is deemed faulty, then it may be returned upon Feather Fox approval.

Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome pending approval from Feather Fox Customer Service.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item back to Feather Fox, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are unable to assist with any replacement or refund if your item goes missing. The returned items must be received in order to facilitate a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary but we will do our best to be as fast as possible.

$9.95 for Standard Shipping for orders under $100 within Australia (takes up to 4 business days to arrive, dependent on post code)
$13.95 for Express Shipping for orders under $100 within Australia

 

DELIVERY TIME

Orders placed before 1pm each business day are packed and sent the same day. This excludes sale days, where there may be a one day delay due to the volume of orders ie. Black Friday, Boxing Day etc. Delivery for Australian capital cities and major metro areas take and average of 1-3 days via Australia Post.

If for any reason we are unable to send your order same day, you will be notified via email on the same day you placed your order.

Regional Australia deliveries can take 2-5 business days. 

If you have not received your items within 5 business days of making your order, please check if you have received a delivery notice and follow the instructions to obtain your parcel.

Or if you have not received a delivery notice within 5 days, then please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is packed and leaves our distribution centre you will receive a notification with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.

    DELIVERY & ORDER COST

    The delivery cost is a flat rate per order. All charges are in Australian Dollars ($AUD). Currency conversions will depend on the days exchange rate which will be provided by Paypal or your bank for credit card payments.

    TRACKING YOUR ORDER

    We use Australia Post for all international deliveries, which is an express worldwide service and fully trackable. You will be emailed a tracking number on dispatch.

    CUSTOMS CHARGES

    All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. Feather Fox is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
    We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information regarding any duty payable.
